Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

In short: your photos never leave your office. We collect only what we need to bill you and to answer your email, and we never sell it.

Your photos and patient information

Sequence never receives your photos, captions, music or slideshows. They stay on the computer that runs Sequence, and travel only over your own Wi-Fi to your TVs. If you show patient photos, they stay in your office.

The Sequence apps

The Sequence app for Mac, the TV apps and the web player do not send your photos, usage data or analytics to us or to anyone else.

This website

sequencetv.com has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics. Our web host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

When you subscribe

Multi and Business are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which is the seller of record. Link collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details at checkout, under the Link terms and privacy policy shown there. We receive your name, email address, billing address, your plan and whether payments went through. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

When you email us

We keep your email so we can reply, and so we can send the early-access updates you asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share information with

Only the services that run Sequence for us: Stripe and Link for payments, Vercel for this website, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires. We delete other information when you ask us to, or when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Sequence is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
