Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover the Sequence app for Mac, the Sequence apps for TVs, the Sequence web player, and sequencetv.com. Sequence is made by MB Consulting and Seminars, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using Sequence, you agree to these terms.
Sequence is in early access
Sequence is in early access. Features may change, and you may find problems. Please tell us at hello@sequencetv.com and we will work to fix them.
Plans and billing
- Sequence Free covers one TV. There is no charge.
- Sequence Multi costs $9.99 a month and covers up to 5 TVs at one location.
- Sequence Business costs $19.99 a month and covers 6 or more TVs at one location.
- Multi and Business start with a free month. Unless you cancel before the 30 free days end, your card is charged then, and again every month on that date, until you cancel.
- Multi and Business are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which is the seller of record for your subscription. Checkout, receipts and payment support come from Link, and you agree to Link's terms at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Any sales tax that applies is worked out and collected by Link and shown at checkout. Prices may be shown in your local currency.
- Your card statement shows LINK.COM* SEQUENCE TV.
- If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription.
How to cancel, and when we give refunds, is on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Your photos and music
Your photos, captions and music stay yours. Sequence does not upload or host them: they stay on your computer and travel only over your own Wi-Fi to your TVs.
You are responsible for having the right to show what you put in Sequence. That includes patient consent for any patient photos, and a license for any music you add. Playing personal streaming accounts in a business may require a business music license.
Using Sequence
You may use Sequence at the business location your plan covers. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer Sequence, and don't use it to break the law.
What we promise, and what we don't
We work hard to keep Sequence reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that it will always be available.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Sequence and cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also email subscribers.
